Orders and payments

Placing an order in our online store is very simple:

1. Choose a product - Browse our selection and choose the product you want. Then, select the appropriate size, color, or other available options.
2. Add to cart - Click the ""Add to cart"" button. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
3. Go to the cart - Click on the cart icon in the top right corner and check your selected items. If you have a discount code, you can apply it here.
4. Enter shipping details - Fill out the shipping form, select the delivery method, and choose your preferred payment option.
5. Confirm your order - Review all the details and click ""Place Order"" If you selected an online payment method, you will be redirected to the payment provider's page.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and further processing information.

If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders are processed quickly, so the ability to make changes depends on the order’s processing stage.

In our online store, we offer several convenient payment methods:

Pay by card - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.
Pay by bank wire - You will receive the bank details after placing an order. Your order will be processed once the payment is received.
Pay by Cash on Delivery - Pay with cash or card upon delivery.
PayPal

If you encounter an issue with your PayU payment, you can complete the transaction by making a direct bank transfer.

Yes, we issue VAT invoices for orders.

To receive an invoice, select the option ""I need invoice"" and/or choose ""Other billing address"" and fill in the required information during checkout.

Please provide complete company details, including VAT number, company name, and registered address.

No, you can shop in our store without creating an account.

During checkout, you have two options:

Guest checkout - Simply enter your shipping details and select a payment method.
Create an account - Registration allows for faster future purchases, order tracking, and access to your purchase history.

Additionally, registered customers can join the MEDHOODIE Club loyalty program, which offers exclusive discounts and other benefits for returning customers.

Shipping and delivery

In our shop we offer a convenient delivery option via DHL courier

The processing time depends on the type of order:
Standard orders - Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.
Custom-made orders - Processing takes approximately 2 weeks.
Personalized orders (e.g., logo, name, surname) - Due to customization, the processing time is around 3 weeks or longer, depending on the order size.

After placing an order in our store, you can easily track its status in several ways:

Email notifications - You will receive an email update at each stage of order processing (confirmation, preparation, shipment).
Shipment tracking - Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Customer panel (for registered users) - If you have an account in our store, you can check your order status by logging into the “Order history and details” section.

Returns, exchanges, and complaints

If you want to exchange a purchased product for a different size or model, you need to use the return option and then place a new order.

How to make an exchange?

1. Return the product - Fill out the online return form available on our website: Return Form
2. Send the package - After submitting the return request, ship the package to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
3. Place a new order - Once the product has been returned, place a new order for your preferred size or model.

The return process is quick and simple:

3. Wait for your refund - Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund your money within a maximum of 14 days to the account used for payment.

Returns apply only to unused and non-personalized products (e.g., embroidered clothing cannot be returned). The product must be returned with its original tags.

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.

After verifying your request, we will offer you a replacement for the correct item or another suitable solution.

Discounts and promotions

Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders and loyal customers.

Wholesale Orders – If you’re planning a larger purchase (e.g., for a medical team, clinic, or hospital), contact us at store@medhoodie.eu, and we’ll prepare a personalized offer for you.

MEDHOODIE Club Loyalty Program – Join our program to earn points on purchases and exchange them for discounts.

No, promotional discounts do not combine. You can use only one discount code or promotion per order.

If you have a discount code and a product that is already on promotion, the system will automatically apply the better discount. Loyalty points from MEDHOODIE Club also cannot be combined with other discounts.

MEDHOODIE Club is a loyalty program for our customers, allowing you to earn points on purchases and redeem them for discounts.

To join, simply create an account in our store - by registering, you automatically become a member and start collecting points!

If you shop with us frequently, joining the program is a great way to enjoy additional benefits!

To check your loyalty points balance, log in to your account on our store.
Go to the "My Account" section and then select "Loyalty Program", where you will find your current points balance.

You can easily redeem your accumulated loyalty points for a discount on your next purchase.
If you have enough points (the minimum required to exchange for a discount is 500 points), convert them into a discount code, which will appear in your customer panel.
Enter the received discount code at checkout – the discount will be applied automatically.

Loyalty points in the MEDHOODIE Club are valid for 100 days from the date they are awarded. If they are not used within this period, they will automatically expire and cannot be recovered.

To avoid losing your points, it's a good idea to regularly check your balance in your account and redeem them for discounts when making purchases.

Our medical clothing is made from three unique fabrics:

BASIC Fabric [Composition: 72% polyester / 21% viscose / 7% elastane]: This innovative three-component fabric is lightweight and breathable, ensuring all-day comfort during work.

COMFY Fabric [Composition: 62% polyester / 33% viscose / 5% elastane]: This fabric is exceptionally soft, cozy, and stretchy. It contains a high percentage of natural viscose fibers for breathability. With 5% elastane, our garments fit perfectly to the body, providing maximum comfort and freedom of movement.

CottonPRO Fabric [Composition: 80% cotton / 17% nylon / 3% lycra]: This fabric combines the advantages of cotton with modern synthetic fibers. It is durable, easy to care for, and ensures a high level of comfort.

Each of these fabrics has been carefully selected to meet the diverse needs and preferences of medical professionals, offering both functionality and aesthetics.

Yes, we offer clothing personalization through embroidery. To order personalized embroidered clothing, please contact us and provide the order details.

The type of embroidery you are interested in (e.g., name, surname, job title, facility logo).
Product specifications – model, color, and size.
If you are ordering embroidery with a logo, please attach a high-quality graphic file.

Once we receive your message, we will prepare a personalized offer for you.
The processing time for personalized clothing orders is approximately 3 weeks.

To maintain the durability, comfort, and aesthetic appearance of your medical clothing, follow these care instructions:

Washing:
Wash at 40°C using mild disinfecting detergents that effectively remove bacteria while being gentle on fabrics.
Turn the clothing inside out before washing to protect the color and fabric structure.

Drying:
Do not tumble dry, as this may weaken the fibers and affect the fabric's durability.
• To prevent wrinkles and save time on ironing, hang the clothing on a hanger right after washing – the fabric will smooth out naturally.

Ironing:
• If you want to make your clothing softer and more fluid, iron at a maximum temperature of 100°C.
• Turn the fabric inside out before ironing to avoid damage and prolong the durability of prints.
• The fabric is easy to iron, and after pressing, it feels even softer and more pleasant to the touch.
