How to make a

Product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery to the buyer. Returned products must be in new, intact condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to reject worn or damaged goods.

1. Pack the products and fill out the form

Download and print the return form, then fill it out and attach it to the package with the returned products. Check that you have completed all fields.

2. Send the package

Send the parcel to the headquarters address:

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. We do not accept COD shipments or shipments to a collection point (such as parcel post, DPD Pick Up, etc.). We discourage shipment by Polish Post - shipments by Polish Post at your own risk.

3. Wait for funds to be returned

Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the goods by MEDHOODIE.

Reimbursement of transaction costs is made by bank transfer to the account number from which the order was paid via the Przelewy 24 service or to another account number indicated in the form (necessary in case of cash on delivery).

I. Check if the product you want to exchange the goods for is available. If the product is available write us a message to reserve the goods. If the product is not currently available, the exchange may take a little longer, write us a message to email: store@medhoodie.eu to find out when you can expect a possible replacement.

II. Download the exchange form. Print and then fill out the form and attach it to the package with the returned products. Check that you have completed all fields.

3. Wait for the package with the listed products

After receiving the shipment at our branch, we verify again the availability of the products and complete the order.

Once your order is complete, we ship it back to you at our expense.

1. Do you want to make a claim?

Please report any complaints via email. Write to us at: store@medhoodie.eu

In the email, describe the product defect, give the date when the defect was found and attach a photo.

2. Wait for a response

Complaints are processed within 14 business days.
